Refund policy

Delivery: Orders may take 2-7 business days to arrive. Due to high demand, some delays may occur. We’re working hard to get your order to you on time. Public holidays and Sundays are not counted as business days.

Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items bought on sale & discounted prices are non-refundable. They are only eligible for exchange. It may take 5-7 days for your returned item(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are available, and a flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items.

If pick-up attempts fail after two tries, you will need to send the items back to our address. Return products in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, to be eligible for a refund.

Kindly allow 10-15 business days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

Note: Dyed piece are not returnable only exchange is applicable.

Return Process: Properly pack the item and hand it over to the courier. After a quality check, you’ll be notified by email within 1 business day if your return is accepted. Contact us at support@chikankarigariofficial.com.

Refund Options: 

Bank Refund: Provide name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, and branch.

 All refunds are processed within 15 days of successful reverse pickup.
